Job Summary
We are seeking an
experienced and strategic Head – SAP to lead
the organization’s SAP landscape, digital transformation initiatives, and enterprise system optimization.
The ideal candidate should possess
deep expertise across SAP modules, system integrations, and project leadership,
along with the ability to
drive business excellence through scalable SAP solutions and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
1. SAP Strategy & Governance
- Lead SAP strategy, governance, support, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure the stability, performance, and optimization of the SAP landscape
2. SAP Module Management
- Manage and optimize SAP MM (Materials Management)
- Manage and optimize SAP WM (Warehouse Management)
- Manage and optimize SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)
- Manage and optimize SAP FICO (Finance & Controlling)
- Manage and optimize SAP PP (Production Planning)
3. SAP Integration & Digital Transformation
- Drive end-to-end SAP integrations using IDOCs, APIs, and middleware
- Oversee integrations with POS systems, E-commerce platforms, and Power BI
- Ensure seamless data flow and business process integration across enterprise applications
4. Project & Stakeholder Management
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable SAP solutions
- Lead SAP implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and enhancement projects
- Manage internal teams, external partners, and vendors to ensure timely project delivery
5. Team Leadership & Operational Excellence
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the SAP team
- Ensure system reliability, performance, and operational excellence
- Drive continuous process improvements and digital innovation

- Successful delivery of SAP implementation and enhancement projects
- High system availability and operational performance
- Timely completion of integrations and digital transformation initiatives
- Business process optimization through SAP solutions
- Effective stakeholder satisfaction and vendor management
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, IT, Commerce, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Experience: 12+ years of SAP experience, including 8+ years in leadership roles
- Strong functional expertise in SAP MM, WM, SD, FICO, and PP
- Hands-on experience with IDOC integrations, POS integrations, E-commerce integrations, and Power BI integration
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA and omnichannel business environments is preferred
