How to Apply

We keep the process straightforward. There is no single route into Belfrost — we are accessible through multiple channels, and we respond to every serious application.

1. Apply via Our Website

The most direct route is through our careers page at www.belfrostinternational.com/ careers. Browse current openings, read the role details, and submit your application directly. Applications submitted through the website are reviewed by our HR team within five working days.

2. Connect on LinkedIn

We are active on LinkedIn. You can follow our company page for job postings, team updates, and news about Belfrost. If you see a role that interests you, apply directly through LinkedIn — our HR team monitors applications on the platform regularly. You can also reach out to us directly via LinkedIn message if you want to have an initial conversation before applying formally.

3. Send Your CV by Email

Prefer a direct approach? Send your resume and a brief note about the kind of role you are looking for to career@belfrostindia.com . Even if there is no active opening that matches your profile right now, we keep strong CVs on file and reach out when relevant roles come up. Include the position title in the subject line if you are applying for something specific.

4. Call Us

If you have questions about a role, the application process, or whether your profile is a fit before applying, you are welcome to call our HR team directly. 5. Employee Referrals

If you know someone at Belfrost, ask them to refer you. We have a formal employee referral program and take referred candidates seriously. A referral does not guarantee a job, but it does mean your application gets reviewed with full context. If you do not know anyone here but have been recommended to apply by someone in your network, mention that in your cover note.

A technical or functional round with the relevant team lead or manager
A final discussion with senior management for shortlisted candidates
Offer and on boarding for selected candidates
