Job Title: Chartered Accountant (CA)
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to oversee the company’s financial operations, ensure statutory compliance, and contribute to strategic financial planning. The role requires strong hands-on accounting expertise, SAP proficiency, and proven team management experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and finalize financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, including reconciliations and maintenance of ledgers
- Ensure timely and accurate compliance with GST, TDS, and corporate tax regulations
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors and support audit processes effectively
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support management decision-making
- Strengthen internal controls and implement accounting best practices across the organization
- Lead, guide, and mentor the accounting team, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to timelines
Qualifications & Skills
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience (articleship experience will not be considered)
- Mandatory hands-on experience with SAP (Tally Prime knowledge is an added advantage)
- Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel
- Proven experience in team handling and people management
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
