Job Title: SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant to handle
end-to-end implementations, system enhancements, and support activities.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in FI/CO modules, business process understanding,
and hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on end-to-end implementations, migrations, and rollouts of SAP S/4HANA FI & CO
- Gather business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis
- Configure and customize Controlling (CO) processes (Cost Center, Profit Center, Product Costing, etc.)
- Prepare functional specifications and support the full project lifecycle
- Handle data migration and validate data from legacy systems
- Conduct testing, user training, and documentation
- Collaborate with ABAP and Fiori teams for enhancements
- Provide system support and resolve issues
- Stay updated with SAP best practices
Technical Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of SAP FICO experience
- At least one end-to-end S/4HANA implementation
- Strong knowledge of FI/CO modules and integration with MM, SD, PP
- Experience in Product Costing (MTS, MTO, ETO)
- Knowledge of Month-End processes (WIP, settlement, etc.)
- Familiarity with Margin Analysis, Material Ledger, and Actual Costing
